The Christmas experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The festive decorations added such a magical touch to the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The traditional Christmas food was truly delicious, especially the mouth-watering turkey and the indulgent desserts. We also loved the fact that breakfast was delivered to our room, making it a cozy and convenient start to our day. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, surrounded by breathtaking countryside and offering stunning views. It was such a treat to wake up to the serenity and beauty of the surroundings. this hotel provided a truly magical and memorable Christmas experience.

That our double bed was actually two single beds pushed together. It wasn't a major issue, but it would have been nicer to have a proper double bed as advertised.

We had an amazing stay at the guest house. the breakfast, served in our room, was plentiful and delicious. the room service staff were friendly and the quality of the food was excellent. We especially loved the beautiful grounds and the peaceful atmosphere. Being able to leave the room without going into the hotel was a great convenience for us. it was the best place we have stayed at and the staff were wonderful. Cons: Nothing to mention 🙁.

I recently had a delightful stay at Plas Nanteos Mansion in beautiful Welsh countryside. From the friendly reception to the clean and comfortable room, everything was fantastic. The view from our window overlooking the surrounding countryside was breathtaking. The hotel's grandeur and original features added to the charm of our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the meals served in the bistro restaurant were excellent. The ambiance of the eighteenth/nineteenth-century mansion was truly lovely, and the bathroom toiletries provided were a nice touch.

I stayed at Plas Nanteos Mansion for one night and it was a delightful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, quickly accommodating our request for a room change. The grounds and views were beautiful, and the food at breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations. The price for bed and breakfast was incredibly reasonable, and we even got a free upgrade to a suite. The rooms were impeccably restored and the breakfast selection was superb. a gem of a hotel that I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful Christmas getaway at this hotel. The beautiful grounds were the perfect backdrop for our holiday celebrations. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we felt welcome and taken care of. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the town center, allowing us to explore the area easily. The breakfast spread was delicious and kept us fueled for the festivities.

There were a few minor issues that could have been improved upon. there was no iron in the room, which made it a bit difficult to freshen up our clothes.

The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The service we received in both the bar and the restaurant was exceptional. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from, and the ingredients used were of high quality. The suite we stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, providing us with a comfortable and cozy space to relax in. The surrounding grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed exploring the walled garden and other interesting features.

Although the bedroom was spacious, the servicing of the room was not up to the standard we expected. The bed looked like it had just been made and some items like pillows and cushions were not replaced properly.

From arriving earlier than planned, I was allowed to check in with no fuss whatsoever. the staff were excellent, speaking to me as if we were old friends. the building is incredible, with upgrades and renovations done sympathetically to maintain its original features. Ordering breakfast in advance was executed with professionalism. Informative history is displayed throughout the building, providing a sense of warmth and connection. Cons: Nothing for me 😊.

I recently stayed at Plas Nanteos Mansion for a peaceful and unique getaway. The location was beautiful, offering stunning views from the front of the hotel. The comfortable rooms provided everything I needed, including some delicious homemade biscuits. The hotel itself is steeped in history, and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly, sharing stories about the legend of the holy grail and the family who owned it. The food was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the locally sourced beers and spirits. The dark skies at night provided a mesmerizing view of the stars. Highly recommended, can't wait to go back.
